Glandore is the name of both a harbour and village located in south west County Cork, Ireland. It is approx 75 km from Cork city, Cork airport, and Cork ferry terminal.

Bayview Bed and Breakfast is located right in the very centre of the village; 50m from the pier and 50m from the bars and restaurants. The entrance to Glandore Harbour is guarded by two rocky islands, Adam and Eve. The advice to sailors navigating in the harbour is ‘Avoid Adam and Hug Eve’, a lesson first taught, no doubt, by sad experience on Adam’s reefs.
